This policy explains what data Is My Landing Page Valid? (“we”, “the service”) collects when you run an audit, why, and how long we keep it. The service is operated by [Your legal name / company], based in [Country]. For any question, contact [contact@yourdomain].

What we collect

  • The page you submit — the URL or screenshot you provide, and the public content we read from that page to produce your audit.
  • The generated report — your score, the detected leaks and fixes.
  • Technical data — your IP address, used only to rate-limit abuse and protect the service. It is not used for tracking or advertising.
  • Payment data — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

We do not require an account, and we do not ask for your name unless you email us directly.

How long we keep it

Audit reports are stored for 30 days, then automatically deleted. Rate- limiting records expire within 24 hours. Payment records are retained by Stripe according to their own policy and applicable law.

Who we share it with (sub-processors)

  • Anthropic — the page content is sent to Claude to generate your audit.
  • Upstash (Redis) — temporary storage of your report.
  • Stripe — payment processing.
  • Vercel — hosting and delivery.

We do not sell your data, ever.

Cookies

We use only what is strictly necessary to run the service. We do not set advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Your rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to access, correct, or erase your data, and to object to or restrict its processing. Because reports auto-delete after 30 days and we hold no account, most data clears itself — but you can request deletion at any time by emailing [contact@yourdomain].

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
